Refer & Reward Program Terms & Conditions
By participating in the Top Soul Projects Refer & Reward Program, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Program Overview
The Top Soul Projects Refer & Reward Program rewards both the referrer and the referred buyer when an eligible property purchase successfully settles through a property opportunity introduced by Top Soul Projects.
Eligible rewards are subject to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for the Refer & Reward Program:
- The referral must be submitted through Top Soul Projects before the referred buyer has made any contact with Top Soul Projects regarding the relevant property opportunity.
- The referred buyer must be a new referral to Top Soul Projects.
- The referred buyer must not already be registered, introduced, engaged, negotiating or purchasing the same property through Top Soul Projects.
- The referred buyer must successfully purchase and settle an eligible property introduced by Top Soul Projects.
- All eligibility requirements must be satisfied before any reward becomes payable.
- Participation in the program constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
3. Rewards
For each eligible settled purchase:
- One (1) reward is available to the referrer.
- One (1) reward is available to the referred buyer.
Each eligible participant may choose one of the following:
- $1,000 Prezzee Smart eGift Card; or
- $1,000 cash paid via electronic bank transfer.
Rewards are issued within 30 days after final settlement has been confirmed and all eligibility requirements have been met.
4. Verification
Top Soul Projects reserves the right to:
- Verify all referral information.
- Confirm eligibility before approving any reward.
- Request additional information where reasonably required.
- Decline claims that do not satisfy these Terms & Conditions.
The decision of Top Soul Projects regarding eligibility is final.
5. Property Introductions
Top Soul Projects acts as an independent property introduction and referral business.
The Refer & Reward Program only applies where Top Soul Projects has introduced the buyer to the relevant property opportunity.
The program does not apply where the buyer has previously registered with, inspected, negotiated on or purchased the same property or development through another source before the introduction by Top Soul Projects.
Participants must promptly notify Top Soul Projects if this applies.
6. Reward Conditions
- Rewards are not transferable.
- Rewards cannot be exchanged once selected.
- Cash rewards will be paid by electronic funds transfer to an Australian bank account nominated by the recipient.
- Prezzee eGift Cards will be delivered electronically to the nominated email address.
7. Changes to the Program
Top Soul Projects reserves the right to:
- amend these Terms & Conditions;
- suspend or withdraw the Refer & Reward Program at any time;
- substitute an advertised reward with another reward of equal value where necessary.
Any changes will not affect rewards that have already become payable under these Terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Top Soul Projects is not responsible for:
- incorrect referral information supplied by participants;
- delays outside its reasonable control;
- decisions made by developers, builders or selling agents;
- property availability;
- changes to prices or incentives;
- unsuccessful property purchases.
9. Independent Business
The Refer & Reward Program is operated solely by Top Soul Projects.
Rewards are funded and administered exclusively by Top Soul Projects and are not sponsored, endorsed, funded or administered by any developer, builder, project marketer, vendor or third party.
Top Soul Projects acts as an independent property introduction and referral business.
Any purchase contract is entered directly between the buyer and the seller of the property.
